	1. ¿Is there technical support 24 X 7?
	Geobis International offers technical support 24 X 7, by e-mail, the answers will be send in a maximum of 24 hours from the reception. From Monday to Friday we can attend calls, but never this calls will exceed 10 minutes.

	2. ¿Can I locate my clients and points of interest on the digital maps in the zones where I will track my vehicles?
	Yes you can, for this purpose, we can geocode your data in our office and put it on your partition, in this way when you are tracking your mobiles you are seeing your data on the same map.

	3. Talking about availability, ¿how long can I expect to be on line with the platform each day?
	Geobis International has main servers and back up servers in order to guarantee a 24X7 service.

	4. The hour showed by the platform does not correspond with my local time, ¿Can you adjust the platform's time?
	The unit works with international horary by default, but we can adjust the hour in our server and you will see in the platform reports the correct hour according with your local time zone.

	5. ¿Do You offer only the access through your platform, or is it possible to buy the complete solution to install it in my servers?
	With Geobis International you can obtain service, but if you want, you can buy the solution and install it in your own servers to track your mobiles or to offer the tracking services to other companies. Additionally we can provide the AVL units for a full solution .

	6. ¿Which is the maximum level of detail that I can obtain of the maps, when making the tracking of the car?
	Our Cartography includes two types of Intelligent Digital Maps, urban and rural maps, both of them used with the AVL solution. Urban maps for cities include all the streets allowing you to identify the correct address where the mobile is located. Rural maps include political and administrative divisions, first, second and third level roads and points for populated places; with this information you can identify the correct location where the mobile is and which is the nearest populated place or the populated place where the mobile is.

	7. ¿Which are the differences between buying options B and C?, Please let me know their benefits
	Options B and C allow you to buy the Geobis International AVL platform to be installed in your own company using your own servers. With option B you have to provide web channels and you will be able to track any number of mobiles from any point with Internet access. Option C allows to monitor any number of mobiles too, but in this case in a client/server structure and you will be limited to perform the tracking only in the places where the client or server are located. In both cases you will have the possibility to administer your platform according with your needs .

	8. In option C: ¿What additional structures do I require in order to put in service the system?
	These are the requirements to put option C in service: Server and work stations Geobis AVL VMS platform licenses AVL/GPS Units Annual maintenance and upgrade programs Digital maps for the regions where you will perform tracking

	9. When entering my User name and Password, I obtain an error message. ¿Why this happens?
	Verify you are using capital letters. Verify the data you are typing is the provided by Geobis International or its local distributor. Contact Us .

	10. ¿How long it takes a software update? ¿How can I obtain these updates?
	Geobis AVL platform is under constant development, because of this, frequently we are launching new versions with their respective improvements. If you are a service user, you will have these improvements available in the same moment they are put in service. If you bought Geobis AVL platform and its upgrade option, you will receive these improvements without additional costs . If you didn't buy the upgrade option, please contact us and we will inform you about new software version and digital maps costs.

	11. ¿Have I to buy or acquire something more when buying a license of GEOBIS NET AVL GPS?
	We suggest to our customers to buy licenses for the mirror platform, which includes the AVL system and options for reports and user administration; and annual programs for maintenance and updates. With the annual programs our customers will have technical support and new software versions for a platform which is under constant development .

	12. ¿Why do I need to acquire a mirror system?
	With the mirror system you can offer a 24X7 service with a 100% reliability.

	13. If I buy a subscription to the Geobis AVL Platform, ¿Can I see my own logo (Or my company's logo) on your web page?
	Yes you can, Geobis International includes two options for this kind of service. We can include your logo and maintain our logo, and we can include your logo and credits taking out all our credits except the copyrights at the bottom of the cartography. 	14. ¿How many access keys do I obtain when subscribed to your platform?, ¿Can it be a key per unit?, ¿How many persons can use my access key ? And ¿How many people can track my vehicles?
	The customer knows how many mobiles will be monitored and how many people will have access to the platform, on this basis he can define how many access keys will be needed .
